Keep reading for 8 great brands to support!
Buff Experts
This Canadian brand was co-founded by a Black woman and they make the most incredible plant-powered body care products! Our personal favourites are the Jojoba & Apricot Body Oil, and the Camellia & Avocado Hand & Nail Cream. All of their products are cruelty-free, most are vegan, and they focus heavily on clean ingredients. They’re at a great price point for stocking stuffers, or you can put together a little package for a great gift idea. A perfect little self-care present for someone you love!

This Indigenous brand is Metis and woman led, and they make gorgeous candles and home goods! A perfect gift for the holidays, everything they sell is handmade in Canada. Their candles are made with 100% soy wax, lead free cotton wicks, and are both vegan and cruelty free. We’ve ordered several as gifts and they make such a perfect present for friends and family. There are plenty of scents to choose from so you’ll be able to find something that suits anyone!
